The home is centered around the impressive open plan living space and chef's kitchen that has a seamless connection to level lawns, established gardens and stunning heated swimming pool.

Bathed in abundant northern light, the fluid open plan interiors and superb entertaining options offer an immediate connection to the natural environment, extending the feeling of 'barefoot at the beach' to every part of the home.

Sliding doors off the main living areas open up completely to the established private gardens and stunning heated pool with waterfall and jets, truly bringing that inside outside feel.

Completing the picture is an outdoor heated shower and toilet and a full size built in BBQ with bar fridge and sink.

Separated from the main living area is an additional lounge with wood burning fireplace. A smart TV with cable, X Box, Netflix and multiple comfy lounges making this area ideal for kids or teenagers to hang out in, or a more private and cosy area for adults.

Three bedrooms downstairs all have en suite bathrooms with showers. The largest of the bedrooms has a full size bath and shower.

Upstairs is an expansive parents retreat with its own lounge, smart TV and ensuite with a double shower and giant luxurious Italian round bath with room for two.

Multiple comfortable seating areas both inside and out allow both communal and private spaces giving you the option of socializing or having a quiet read in your own space. All bedrooms have locks for added privacy.

A large basement garage area provides parking for two cars and houses a roll out table tennis table, a separate toilet and shower, and is where you will find various beach toys provided.

The house is ideally situated three-minutes to the beach and within easy walking distance of Avalon village with its many cafe’s, restaurants, clothing and home wares stores.
