Arrive by car or by boat and live the dream at The Haven on Pittwater overlooking sparkling Careel Bay and its flotilla of boats and ferries. This glorious, luxurious yet relaxed, North facing, three bedroom, two bathroom, waterfront home is bathed in sunlight from dawn until dusk and boast its own private jetty.

The Haven is nestled at the bottom of a shared private driveway and with its open plan design and polished floorboards throughout, you will arrive and feel immediately relaxed and naturally kick off your shoes until you need to leave or pick up more supplies.

Extremely light with large windows and skylights, this home is also extremely private. You have a window to the world of Pittwater before you however the boats are far enough away that you dont feel anyone is looking back at you. There is a duel fronted combustion fireplace which directs heat to the sitting area and also the dining area. The well equipped kitchen flows onto the deck with outdoor table seating 8 for that early morning breakfast or afternoon sundowners and the huge indoor dining table seating 8 also is perfect for a wonderful conversation filled family evening meal.

The small and luscious garden has an outdoor shower, crazy paving stonework and chairs for an afternoon read away from the waters edge.

Perfect for two couples or two families, there is one king bedroom with underfloor heating and en-suite which cleverly allows you to enjoy the view in privacy. A second queen bedroom shares a bathroom with the 3rd bedroom which has two king singles that can be pushed together to make a king.

All windows have shade blinds in case you would like to take shade from the afternoon sun or to lessen the sparkle of the diamonds across Pittwater. High tide is like having your own private swimming pool flanked by two jetties and low tide is like having your own private beach.

Bring some fishing rods to fish off the private 50 metre jetty which can moor a speed boat or yacht or accept a water taxi to take you to one of the waterfront restaurants in the area and continue living your dream for every second you spend in this beautiful waterfront haven.
